Brenda has been practising Iyengar Yoga for 22 years and teaching for 17. She gained my introductory certificate in 1995 and is now studying for her senior certification.

Brenda is a regular visitor to the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga memorial Institute in Pune, India, where she is taught by Geeta and Prashant Iyengar. Her most recent visit being in 2007 where she had the good fortune to spend five months training with the Iyengars, she is the only teacher from the UK who has been allowed to do this.

I have also completed a Remedial course with Stephanie Quirk and will be taking more of these courses in 2008. Stephanie Quirk has worked extensively with the Iyengars for 15 years and is based in Pune.

Glenn Ceresoli has extensive experience as both a senior teacher and practitioner of Iyengar yoga. A yoga class with Glenn Ceresoli is an opportunity to imbibe his twenty years of experience and his relentless commitment and intention to break through the restrictive habits and conditions of the body/mind.

Glenn says, "Attitude and approach is the key to everything." Glenn's years of personal experience enable him to facilitate the process of this change through the practice of Yoga using the body and mind to know one's Self.
