breath and relaxation. Yoga is an excellent way to develop strength,
stamina, flexibility, concentration and co-ordination.
Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga does not just simply work
on the muscles to increase strength
and make us supple, it enhances concentration by paying attention
to detail.
The Iyengar style encourages precision
in the postures, which helps develop an
awareness of alignment, effort and relaxation. Yoga also helps
to detoxify the body, and can bring about a balanced state of
mind, and feelings of lightness, well-being and vitality.

If you have never done yoga before you can enroll on a 6-week
Iyengar Yoga Foundation Course for complete beginners.
The course costs £60, drop in price is £15.
